About the plant:
Philodendron White Princess is a semi-climbing aroid known for its green leaves with white variegation. Although it looks very similar to Pink Princess, its growth behaviour can be quite different.
🔬 LopolisBiotech observations
We have been growing White Princess for over 1 year, testing it mainly in organic and zeolite substrates.
🌱 Root development
Organic mix - performs exceptionally well once the roots occupy the pot. After establishment, the plant can grow almost like hemp in our conditions.
Zeolite mix - reliable and problem-free for us. Root development takes some time initially, but the plant is noticeably less sensitive than Pink Princess.
Mineral mix - not tested yet.
💧 Watering
The plant performs best when the roots are not kept constantly wet. We allow the substrate to dry slightly before watering again.

🧬 Our conclusion
Despite looking very similar to Pink Princess, White Princess behaves completely differently for us. It is more tolerant, grows strongly once established and handles brighter conditions well.
For us, this is a beginner-friendly Philodendron — essentially, keep the roots from sitting constantly wet and let it grow.
