Transparent pot
What is it?
Transparent pots let you see the moisture level, substrate condition, and root health without disturbing the plant. Compared to non-transparent pots, they give you much more information about what is happening below the surface.

We have used them for over 2 years and they have become one of our most useful tools.
Seeing what is happening below the surface lets us react quickly and prevent problems before they become serious.
The main downside is algae growth, which can eventually reduce visibility. It doesn't bother us much, but you can simply place the transparent pot inside a non-transparent outer pot.
