Ventilation
What is it?
Ventilation and air circulation keep air moving around the plants. Gentle airflow helps prevent stagnant pockets of warm, humid air, supports transpiration, and reduces the conditions that can encourage fungal and bacterial problems.

We currently use small PC fans positioned to create a gentle breeze across the plants.
We aim for continuous air movement rather than strong airflow. The fans are angled so that air passes through the plants and creates a light, natural-looking movement of the leaves.
The goal isn't maximum airflow — it's consistent airflow.
