A mineral semi-hydro mix built mainly around zeolite, with smaller amounts of pumice and perlite. It provides good moisture and nutrient retention, but dries relatively quickly in semi-hydro, depending on particle size and the plant. Hungry, fast-growing plants can use the available water in 1–2 days, while weaker or slower plants may take around 2–5 days.

After around 10 months of testing, we found that fine-rooted plants generally struggled more, while strong-rooted plants such as Monsteras adapted much better and often grew roots rapidly into the reservoir. The high zeolite content also made pH and nutrient availability harder to control, requiring more attention.
